Exodus Journey Motivation and Training (Pty) Ltd, was established in 2009 by Mzi and Nobe Mboyana. While undergoing their post-graduate practical internships they saw the need for agricultural training to be made more practical. Multitudes of young students graduated without having completed any structured practical training, resulting in astute theoreticians that could not do the basic tasks on a farm. This leads to students not to being able to convert their knowledge capital into structural capital.
We at Exodus Academy don’t just give students an education and experiences that set them up for success in a career. We help them succeed in their career—to discover a field they’re passionate about and dare to lead it.
This qualification will enable the student to make a meaningful contribution to all basic tasks on the farm and creates a strong platform for any new entrant to primary agriculture.
