About Us

Exodus Academy’s History

Exodus Journey Motivation and Training (Pty) Ltd, was established in 2009 by Mzi and Nobe Mboyana. While undergoing their post-graduate practical internships they saw the need for agricultural training to be made more practical. Multitudes of young students graduated without having completed any structured practical training, resulting in astute theoreticians that could not do the basic tasks on a farm. This leads to students not to being able to convert their knowledge capital into structural capital.

Exodus Academy focuses on providing learners a practical business and processing system in which it can set the paradigms of the learners for business. By bringing learners closer to the practical application of doing, the academy will bring forth technically competent learners that it will convert into entrepreneurs over years. The academy offers SAQA aligned, AgriSETA accredited courses which add value to the learning environment in South Africa.
